Account and Platform Settings
Account pages are hosted in the Platform Hub. Console settings manage integration and configuration resources for the active space.
Main entries
| Entry | Route | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Profile | /profile | Personal information, password, preferences, activity, and usage summary |
| Subscription | /subscription | Current subscription, available plans, and orders |
| Recharge | /recharge | Quota packages and payment orders |
| Quota usage | /quota-history | Balances, consumption, and transaction records |
| Console Settings | /settings | API keys, integrations, and ConfigMaps |
Profile
Open the avatar menu and select Profile. Depending on edition and permission, the page can provide:
- Name, company, phone, avatar, and account information
- Password change
- Language, timezone, and theme preferences
- Subscription and quota summary
- Personal and space activity
- Resource and task statistics
Email identity changes may require administrator or support assistance rather than direct editing.
API keys
Open Console → Settings → Integrations to manage supported personal or space API keys.
- Copy a newly created secret immediately; it may not be shown again.
- Give keys a purpose-specific name.
- Do not place a key in source code, screenshots, prompts, or client-side public configuration.
- Revoke unused keys and rotate a key after suspected disclosure.
- Space key operations require the appropriate space permission.
ConfigMaps
Console Settings also provides ConfigMaps for reusable workflow and task configuration. Sensitive credentials should use the platform's protected secret mechanism when available rather than an ordinary visible variable.
See ConfigMap Overview.
Self-hosted behavior
Self-hosted deployments may hide SaaS subscription, recharge, and quota pages or replace them with organization-specific policy. Available models, identity providers, and support contacts can also be configured by the administrator.
