Core capabilities
Agents
Use conversational agents for interactive work and task agents for structured execution. GeniAssistant provides platform operations, while built-in copilots provide focused help inside products such as Workbench and eBook.
- Connect models, knowledge bases, memory, datasets, tools, and MCP servers.
- Review execution progress, tool calls, evidence, and final results.
- Pause for a user choice when the agent needs missing information or confirmation.
- Keep long conversations usable with automatic context management and the

Workflows and tasks
Design reusable automation with manual, scheduled, and event triggers. A workflow defines the processing graph; a task adds the operational settings required to run it.
Data and knowledge
- Data sources connect business databases and expose controlled read/write operations.
- Datasets store structured records and support structured, full-text, and semantic search.
- Knowledge bases organize documents for retrieval, reading, evidence, and agent grounding.

Spaces isolate resources, members, permissions, and billing ownership. Always check the active space before creating or changing resources.
Recommended first journey
- Sign in to the Platform Hub.
- Select or create the space where the work should live.
- Either deploy an industry solution or open Console to create resources manually.
- Test the agent, workflow, or application with representative data.
- Review access permissions before sharing or publishing.

This English documentation describes the Global edition. The China edition uses Chinese interfaces, China-region service addresses, and region-specific payment options. Self-hosted deployments may use custom domains and administrator-managed models or billing policies.
